We seek seasoned self-starters who have experience and a track record of top performance. For potential candidates, existing relationships with a strong network of physician practices is mandatory. Must have excellent written and oral presentation skills. Medicare debarment checks are done on every new applicant prior to starting.

We are always looking for talented individuals to join our client services team. The Client Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for providers, and healthcare partners, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational support. This role is responsible for coordinating communication, assisting with scheduling and onboarding, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the delivery of medical programs and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers
- Supporting medical program implementation and workflow management
- Communicating with insurance companies, laboratories, pharmacies, and referral partners
- Managing client accounts and ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring HIPAA-compliant communication
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient experience and operational efficiency
